The VITA VACUMAT 6000 M is suitable for all dental ceramic materials available on the market. It is equipped with the durable VITA quartz firing muffle and a proven firing platform design. Immediately following IDS 2015, it will be offered in seven standard design variations, powder coated in the colors pure white, deep black, anthracite, sky blue, turquoise and carmine or classic in brushed stainless steel. The MP version also offers the same functions as the M model and as a combination firing and press furnace it is suitable for all pressed ceramic materials. The VITA ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS is a sintering furnace with an 80-minute HighSpeed mode and a seamless transition between pre-drying and HighSpeed sintering. It also has special functions for the newest zirconia materials in combination with coloring liquids.
Thanks to the VITA MultiPump up to four firing or combipress furnaces can be supplied with the required vacuum by a single VITA vacuum pump – this is not only economical, it also reduces the noise level in the workplace. The innovative control units of the VITA New Generation have now been equipped with, among other things, modern LED glass touch displays and current software features. This includes, for example, a new start procedure, a timer function, a favorites list, integrated work instructions and the VITA Energy Efficiency mode. With the entry-level model VITA vPad comfort, up to two devices can be operated - with a VITA vPad excellence, up to four different furnaces can be operated at the same time. For the dental practice, the combination of a VITA VACUMAT 6000 M and a VITA vPad clinical is recommended.
The VITA New Generation is for those who are set on selecting the premium furnace concept, which represents the high quality and a maximum in comfort and individuality.
