• Due to the industrial fabrication of VITA ENAMIC using a combination of hot curing and pressure application, all parameters are ideally arranged. As a result, with VITA ENAMIC (polymer part), a complete absence of residual monomers is guaranteed.

VITA VIONIC DENT DISC multiColor is available in seven shades – six VITA classical A1-D4^® shades (A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B3, D3) and one Bleached shade (0 M1)

• Adhesive bonding of VITA ENAMIC restorations must be performed using light-curing or dual-curing fine hybrid composites. A self-adhesive composite such as RelyX Unicem from 3M ESPE can also be used for bonding crowns (dentin adhesion). Adhesive bonding of crowns should preferably be performed using a flowable, dual-curing composite (depending on the thickness of the layering).

General recommendation for surface treatment of fully anatomical VITA YZ SOLUTIONS restorations:
Polish high-gloss areas which are in occlusion and then double glaze.
If the occlusal contacts have been ground off in the patient's mouth, polishing is also mandatory.

No, mechanical surface processing may cause damage to the structure in the sintered condition. This can lead to phase transformation of the zirconia and surface tensions, due to the distortion of the crystal lattice. Fissures or late cracks in the veneering porcelain are also possible after inserting the restoration. In order to avoid phase transformation, surfaces that are individualized with VITA VM 9 (blank or cut-back technique) or pressed over with VITA PM 9 (press-over technique) must not be sandblasted. The restoration should be cleaned under running water or with a steam jet prior to veneering. The surfaces should not be contaminated with foreign substances (e.g. skin fat, saliva) after they have been cleaned.

The restoration should be placed in the center. If a higher incisal area is requested, the restoration should be placed as far as possible into the incisal area of the disk. For a shade result with a higher intensity, the restoration can be moved into the deeper colored cervical area of the disk.

If the information in the instructions for use and the guidelines on substructure fabrication/design provided by VITA are adhered to, VITAVM 9 can be used for substructures made of yttrium-partially stabilized ZrO₂ frameworks with a CTE of approx. 10.5 ・ 10-6 ・ K-1 – regardless of the respective manufacturer (e.g. VITA YZ). Since the function depends on a variety of different parameters, the quality of the individual restoration can only be ensured by the user.

Moreover, VITA VM 9 is perfectly suited for individualizing all VITABLOCS.
