VITAPAN^® PLUS anterior teeth

The unique characteristic of VITAPAN PLUS is its extra-thick enamel layer that extends from the incisal towards the cervical area in the same way as natural dentition.

The significantly larger area of translucence lends VITAPAN PLUS a more natural and VITA-like appearance  that is truly unique, and particularly special since it cannot be distinguished from the original (Fig. 1). The chameleon effect produced by the higher percentage of enamel facilitates the transmission of light between the natural and artificial dentition and tissue, so that the anterior dentition blends seamlessly into the natural environment.

The perfectly shaped VITAPAN PLUS anterior teeth are based in terms of their morphology and surface structure on their natural counterparts in order to fulfill your needs and requirements to the highest standards with regard to a solution-oriented design for all anatomical and phonetic characteristics. In this respect, particular emphasis was placed on achieving tooth surfaces and angulation that offer a balanced, natural shape. The tooth-neck areas were broadened in order to facilitate reliable interdental closure as well as optimum coverage of any construction elements.

Authentic surface morphology

"The details are what impress me, such as the individual, natural-looking surface textures for each tooth shape as well as the incisal edge gradients of the VITAPAN PLUS anterior teeth that are tailored to match one another (Fig. 2, Fig. 3). All current insight regarding the esthetic, functional and phonetic surface design and morphology of natural dentition has been taken into consideration in this tooth range. That's why it combines the required practical relevance in the form of user-friendliness with superb wear comfort for the patient. Natural anatomy has been successfully replicated in prosthetic form in accordance with the highest esthetic and functional standards. Successful working with a long-term impact

Easy processing and grinding of the teeth without any splinters or chipping is possible thanks to the superb quality of the filled MRP (Microfiller Reinforced Polymer) materials combined with the mechanical material integrity of the tooth layers as a result of the VITA Re-Press Procedure. The low wear values of the MRP material (pink column) resulting in a high material strength and longevity of the VITAPAN PLUS teeth (Abb.3 left).

Depending on the occlusion profile as well as the patient's jaw / joint situation, VITAPAN PLUS is compatible with all setup concepts, and can be optimally combined with VITA LINGOFORM.
