Important Information

Serial number-specific software updates

  • VITA Zahnfabrik offers serial number-specific software updates for the devices of the above mentioned series. For this reason, you should check your serial number directly on the device before performing a software update. Please only perform the software update if the serial number of your VITA vPad is within the indicated range
  • In order to keep the updates clear, there is an applicale furnace update for every VITA vPad update associated with the same software version number.

Information on the content

  • Improved remote diagnostics: Additional values are now stored in our process data to make remote diagnostics even more efficient. VITA Zahnfabrik can now access the lift position, motor electricity and heating controller in order to identify problems more precisely and provide solutions more quickly. 
  • VITA vPad support: VITA Zahnfabrik is always working on improving its products and keeping them up to date with the latest technology. With this update, we've laid the groundwork for implementing vPad support for future furnace models.
