VITA Helpdesk

The VITA Helpdesk is very popular with our customers and our business associates.
The core team is comprised of two experienced dental technicians who have been trained specifically for this purpose:

In the event that they are not available, backup staff will be on hand,
however, those who call the helpdesk will generally speak to these two specialists.

The lines are open throughout the day from 8.00 a.m. to 5;00 p.m. and
can be reached by calling +49-7761 / 56 22 22. Over the course
of these 9 hours, the VITA helpdesk staff will be available for all your
important questions.

If the lines are busy, or if you call us outside of business hours, you can
leave your name and number on our answering machine and we will call you
back as soon as possible.
